Adding an additional field Listing Coordinator Fee

We have both a Listing Coordinator and a Transaction coordinator at our office. Presently when entering the fee for listing coordination, the fee is entered in the Transaction Coordination Fee field as well as the additional commission breakdown information field. When the staff department converts the listing to a sale the additional commission breakdown information doesn't transfer over to the sale and staff does not always understand that the transaction coordinator fee that was entered is actually for a listing coordination fee. 

I understand that having the additional commission breakdown field transfer over is already in the works with the developers. But, it would also reduce some of the confusion if we had a separate field for a listing coordination fee.
