AgentHi Joan,
Thanks for reaching out! You should still be able to work in your file when you see that it has an "Expired" status. The system is letting you know that the status of your Listing Agreement is now expired, and reminding you that you may need to modify the terms of your Listing to remain compliant. You can always adjust these dates in the Transaction tab of SkySlope. To close out your file, you will want to let your office administrator/ auditing staff know that your file is ready for review.
If you need any other assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team, 24/7. You can reach our support via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.
Have a great day!
