RequesterI am licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. Kentucky and Skyslope are not quite as compatible as Kentucky and Indiana. This is in part due to Kentucky's specific law that the principal broker (me) shall keep a copy of all documents for a minimum of five years. This includes all offers received or made. I would venture to say that 90% or more agents fail to deliver every offer or signed document to the broker. This includes even the offers that go to buyers, but never rejected or countered.
.
We need a better "sub-transaction" system. One that we establish the property, then have multiple "offer" options.

AgentHi Tom,
Thank you so much for this feedback. I understand your request and can see how it might be useful to have a way to manage all offers (not only accepted offers), especially in states that have more stringent regulations for this. This is something that I am very interested in exploring further. Would it be alright for someone from our team to reach out to you at some point in the future to hear more about your needs and experiences regarding the management of offers?
Have a great day,
Kasey, Product Operations
