AgentHi Rhonda!
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! I can certainly understand why the option to filter through these files might be more convenient for you when working your files. I've documented your request, and we will monitor this post for up-votes and comments.

RequesterJust to tack on to this idea, the "Incomplete" area should only be pulling from the "Pending" and currently active deals...that too has the administrators thinking that they are still waiting on something that has Cancelled or been released and again causes confusion.

RequesterI would love to see an area for deal files that have been either Released or Input 2x in error, If these files could have a Cancelled section and they stay there unless called up under "Cancelled" and another area for deals that have "Fallen Through" and been released....and again they stay there in that file and only open if we search the Fallen File.....to have them all show up when searching an address for an active "Pending" file is confusing and not needed....this would organize the desk top and keep files in the section they belong.
Thank you
