Checklist items marked "Not Required" to be visible in the Log as to who marked it

Hello,

I am hoping we can incorporate into the Log to record any time an auditor marks a "Required" document "Not Required". At this time there is no way to see who marked the document not required and as we have multiple auditors in the files, it would be great to be able to see this.
