Cancellation/Archival of a file

Requester

An agent should not be able to Cancel or archive thier own files. I understand that their action still has to be approved, however, it is extra work for our Admin and/or Broker to reactivate that file when the agent cancels or archives it before they are supposed to. The ability to cancel/archive a transaction should be an option when setting up an agent profile.
