i would like a checklist to go into the document section for the agents. so that everything is electronically stored in one place

Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! I also reviewed your ticket with Support - to clarify, would you like a template of documents to automatically populate under the Documents tab in a newly created property file?
We're also working as quickly as possible to roll out SkySlope Forms across the US and Canada, which will have a broker template feature that I believe would also suit this request. If you navigate to forms.skyslope.com, or click Apps > Forms in the upper right corner in SkySlope, you can sign up for our mailing list to be notified when Forms is available in your state!

Currently, brokerages can share documents/folders with agents under the Office Docs section. I've included a video tutorial here for your reference.
