RequesterWould love to see this feature to help keep things itemized and sorted. Right now all you have is one big dumping spot. Please let us create folders to organize.

RequesterDanielle, I really can't believe this is even a topic....these platforms need to help us stay organized and efficient.... Just imagine back in the day when everything was on paper and hard copies were kept of everything. In this situation and if Skyslope was the filing cabinet all your listing docs, offer docs, and contract would be in one big pile in a drawer....Who thought not needing folders was a good idea?

RequesterMy Sentiments exactly Bill! Spot on. So many things about Skyslope I do not care for.. and not having the ability to create our own folders is the most frustrating.

RequesterHi Charleigh,
Thank you for the reply! I am concerned that I recently have seen older posts going back several years where agents have been asking for this. Not to be negative but I can't use Skyslope without that feature(I will have to stay with Dotloop). I will give you a quick example why: my most recent listing received 14 offers, we are required to keep a record of every offer we receive(whether it is accepted or not). How I handle this now is every offer gets its own folder with the buyer's last name and those offer documents go into that folder(Nice and organized and easy to refer to if needed). I could not imagine nor will I just dump all of those offers into one file(along with the listing documents), that would be a nightmare and if I had to produce a document it would take who knows how long to find it not to mention the confusion that would cause....then multiply that by 10-15 transactions at any given time....no way.....I hope this makes sense and I would happy to speak with the product team directly.....Thank you!

AgentHi Bill!
Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this additional context. As Kasey said above, it helps our teams understand that there is a need for this to be escalated. I will make a note to our team and keep this thread updated on any progress.
Would you be open to speaking more with our Product Team directly if there are any additional questions?
Thanks again and have a great day!

RequesterHello, this is something that is really a must have(and other platforms allow this). When you list a property and you receive multiple offers how else can you keep all the offers organized if you can't make folders for each offer?

AgentHi Cathy,
Thank you for commenting on this post, it helps our teams understand that there is a need for this issue to be escalated. I can certainly understand the sentiment here, and we sincerely apologize for any frustrations this has caused. We are doing our best to see that this request is prioritized.
Would it be alright if someone from our Product Team reaches out to you directly if they have additional questions or need further feedback?
Kindest Regards,

RequesterI have been telling our team since 2014 that this is coming. They are losing faith. We received the trash and admin folders years ago but we really need to organize, not just rename these documents. Thanks for escalating this for us.

AgentHi again,
Just wanted to follow up on this inquiry. I don't have an exact timeline for this feature, but the product team here at SkySlope has this request top of mind while we explore options to develop this. Would it be alright if our product managers or UI/UX designers reach out to you directly if they have additional questions or need feedback?
Thank you and have a great day!

RequesterI've been waiting over 2 years for this. Its the ONE HUGE piece missing from this software. It would be a game-changer for us admins who have to keep these files organized.

AgentHi Lisa!
Thank you for taking the time to post this suggestion, you are not alone in this request. The ability to add folders to the documents tab is on our radar and we will monitor this post for yes/up-votes on this topic.
