By law we must put the owner of the property on listing and pending contracts. However, the entity cannot sign the person must sign the document. i.e. John Smith CEO, John Smith Trustee, John Smith President, John Smith POA.
When agents prepare a document it signs in the "entity name" not the persons name. How do we get this fixed?
Thank You,
Sandy Shearn

Requester
(Working with NC forms mostly) I'm having the same issue. Even when I input the name of the Organization's Representative in the File Details, it still only populates the entity name when I prepare for signature. Everytime I go to prepare for signature I have to manually edit recipients and change from the company name to the rep's name. This is tedious.
Also the final signature and date populates in the individual's space and I always have to move it down to the entity spaces to be correct. Can this be adjusted to have the signature in the right blank for entity clients?
Can the form get updated to populate the signatures/initials for the entity's representative's name rather than the entity name? This would honestly save me so much time.
Thanks!

Hi Diana!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Our team is currently investigating a solution for this.
In the meantime, if you are preparing documents in SkySlope Forms, you can change the name that appears from the the entity to the trustee after clicking the blue Prepare Signature button.
After you click that button and are brought to the DigiSign page, there will be three vertical dots next to RECIPIENTS on the left-hand side.
Click these dots and click Edit Recipients, then click the Pencil icon next to the name you wish to edit.
Enter the trustee name and click Save.
Please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime and they can walk through this process step by step! They can be reached via chat, at [email protected], or at 1-800-507-4117.
Have a great day!
