RequesterI am listing a prop with another agent. However I am the only selling agent. I cannot for the life of me figure out why I have to put in the buyers side as a totally different transaction! I should be able to merge them, on my skyslope, because its 2 sides of the same transaction.
NOW: this is how my broker said I have to do it So if there is a way, I couldn't find it and was told its not possible. And if there is an easier solution than creating multiple transactions for what is essentially the same transaction, I would love to know how.
Thanks

AgentHi Loree!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! It is possible to set up a transaction file as a dual agent. After you click the Accepted Contract button in the listing file, navigate to the TRANSACTION tab, then click "Both Listing & Purchase / Landlord & Tenant" under "TYPE (REPRESENTATION)".
Please note that each brokerage may have a unique policy or guidelines for how they instruct their agents to utilize SkySlope, so your broker may prefer a different approach to file setup.
If you created a separate listing file and a buyer-rep transaction file and need help merging them together, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime via chat, at [email protected], or at 1-800-507-4117 and we'd be happy to assist you!
Have a great day!
