RequesterAgents are constantly creating files in error. Either they're creating a duplicate of a file that already exists or they're creating a listing when they should have created a transaction or vice-versa. Since, due to compliance regulations, a file can not just be deleted, I'm suggesting that another classification of file be created called "Oops", "Trash", "Error". The junk files could then be cancelled (with an explanation) and filed under this classification by Admin staff only. This section would not be visible to agents and only accessible by Admin.
