RequesterWe have several listings with alarms. It would be great if there was a place to note the alarm code (if needed) and have it show up in the top header so that it is easy to find.

In the meantime, as a workaround (if you haven't done so already), you could create a checklist item titled "alarm code", mark it not required, and then enter the code as a comment on the checklist tab for the agent's reference.
