Adding Feature to Assign Due Dates for Certain Required Documents

There is a life cycle in a transaction from offer date through closing date and even beyond.  The collection of documents required in transaction often have different deadlines in the life cycle.  Currently there is a company notification to "Email a Summary of the remaining required documents "X" days before the transaction closes".  Some documents (i.e. the closing cheque) are required to complete the transaction but do not become available until after the closing date.  If this notification for agents is turned on they will receive notifications for X days about this closing cheque that they can't do anything about until after the closing date.  Allowing each required document to be assigned a due date would avoid agents being irritated by receiving such notifications.

Would you like to see due dates appear on the agent's end under the Checklist tab next to each required item? Would you like to assign the due date by activity type (sales docs, closing docs, etc) or item by item?
