Notification emails should be editable

The notification emails should be editable to use language that makes sense to our agents.  Some of the lingo is different that what we are accustomed to & our agents feel SkySlope is being ambiguous & demanding at times.

The notification regarding a deal that is completing in 3 days says:

         Agent Name

This transaction is scheduled to close on 05/10/2021. Please complete your file or extend the date, if necessary.

 

Property Address

 

The greeting is impersonal.  Although it does say 'if necessary', it does make it sound like the file is either incomplete or it needs a date change.  We would prefer to be able to make up our own messages instead of using the canned messages.
