I would like to suggest a way to retrieve emails in the system if emails are accidentally sent to the wrong listing skyslope address. I just sent ALL my emails to the wrong address (no caps) and there is no way of retrieving them. Unfortunately, I deleted them from my file already. This sucks!! Thank you!!

The email address isn't case-sensitive, but to clarify, did you enter incorrect characters into the email address you were trying to send to? I would also recommend checking the Log tab in the property file - emails sent to the property address email will remain indefinitely in the Log tab.
