RequesterI am attempting to change the price in skyslope, however it's requiring I put in a contract acceptance and closing date, but there is no offer on contract at this time. Why can't I just change the price?

AgentHi Yolanda!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, are you representing a buyer who has not made an offer yet? In this case, agents typically create a folder for their buyer under the Working Documents > Personal Docs section from the homepage to store any relevant documentation (ex. buyer representation agreement). Then when you have an accepted offer, you would click Create Transaction and provide the acceptance date and closing date.
If you are representing the seller, if the transaction file is showing up with an "Incomplete" status, you can revert the file to a listing file by clicking the brokerage logo in the upper right, then "Manage Transactions", then click the Trash Bin icon next to the incomplete file.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime!
Have a great day!
