RequesterI would like to put my TC and Title rep on the listing contact page but there are only spaces for the sellers, home warranty and one misc contact which I already used the misc contact space for.
Also, I love the way contacts populate on the sales side, for instance escrow officers that I have used previously. I am just starting to be a listing broker so, perhaps it is because I've never used it there before, but my favorite trade people didn't populate. I had to enter them again.

Regarding the second part of your inquiry, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime via chat, at [email protected], or at 1-800-507-4117 - they'll be able to take a look into your account with you to verify that the contact search function is indeed working properly or troubleshoot as needed. You can also check your directory of contacts in SkySlope - click your name in the upper right, then click "My Account", then click the "Directory" tab.
