We have over 150 forms in the NWMLS. They are all displayed and available in our Listing and Sale Checklists in SkySlope. I had previously made checklists on spreadsheets for the agents to refer to. The checklist had the Form number and name, and then a brief description of what the form was for. As an example...

Form Name - 22T - Title Contingency Addendum

Description - Provides for a review of the preliminary title with a provision for the Buyer to object to any exceptions in the commitment. It then provides for the Seller to clear those exceptions. It also extends to any supplemental title reports.

Form Name - 22FM - Force Majeure and Closing Addendum

Description - Sometimes used to defer default in a transaction and provide for an automatic extension for a specified period of time for any contingency or condition in the agreement based on a delay caused by an occurrence that is beyond the control of the party affected and could not have been avoided by exercising reasonable diligence, making the means of performance objectively impossible.

The problem is that Help Text field severely limits the amount of characters so that it's really impossible to convey what the various forms are used for. The agent then ends up calling me or has to log into NWMLS and go to the forms section to figure it out.
