I don't know about any other brokerage but OUR brokerage uses the DAYLIGHTS out of our Working Documents/Office Docs section. We store pictures, fillable transaction/listing documents, marketing pieces, statistics, office W9s (for referrals), etc. and why wouldn't we? This area is a perfect centralized zone for, well, everything. Agents and staff can log into SkySlope from any device at any time and get what they need. Now, comes the suggestion/need...we NEED this searchable! No matter how we split out our items, finding them is a long chore and if you know how busy agents are...they have no time and will make no time to look through every single folder to find what they need so HELP!!! PLEASE, can we make this section (Working Documents/Office Docs) searchable!! We feel like this would benefit ALL brokerages and maybe they'll use this option WAY more.

Even the most rudimentary keyword search function would be a HUGE improvement. PLEASE implement this SOON!

I think being able to filter would be a great option! So we could search by file name, partial file name or date created. It needs to be smart enough that if we search "Harbor" it will pull up "Brooks Harbor" for example. In case our file name doesn't match exactly what we're searching.

Hi Kylee! Thank you SO MUCH for getting back to me. We’re all very excited about this “dream” of ours that might become a reality. I believe what we want is very basic. We want the program to be "smart enough" to know that if we're in Working Documents/Office Docs to search ONLY in Office Docs. Not to search everything in all of SkySlope. We don't believe searching by date uploaded would benefit us at all BUT search by file name or partial file name would be AMAZING, and again, being smart enough to search in Office Docs ONLY. Also, when you're in Office Docs and in any folder you can click on "Document Name" and it will alphabetize that page for you. However...it's not ALL the pages in that folder. The alphabetizing is ONLY the current page and when you click on the next page it "shows" that it's alphabetized, as well, but it's not. If you could click "Document Name" and ALL pages in that folder would alphabetize then that option would be worth the use.

VERY excited to hear from you and available for any other questions. Thank you so much!

OMG......YES!  This would be such an amazing feature!  I hate having to remember exactly what folder a document is in.  No one likes paging through 21 pages of covenants just to find the one you need.  If we could have a search bar at the top that would search by key words in the document name that would be AMAZING!

Hi Michelle!

Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for providing us with this feedback! I completely understand where you're coming from, and think this would be a great feature as well. I'd like to hear more about what parameters you would want included in this search feature. Would you like to be able to search by file name? Date uploaded? Are there any advanced search options you'd like to see as well? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this!

I've documented this request, and we'll also continue to monitor this post for upvotes and comments.

Happy SkySloping!
