RequesterHi.
My Transaction says its expired? I wasnt paying attention to the close date? I entered 3/17, we were scheduled to close on 3/19. I'm trying to change it now? What can be done? It closed today,3/19 on time.

AgentHi Patricia!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. To update the closing date of the file, navigate to the property file in question, then click the TRANSACTION tab in the upper left, scroll down the page, enter the correct closing date in the Closing Date field then click Next. The "expired" status simply indicates that today's date has passed the Closing Date of the file, but no worries, you can continue to work in the file, upload documents, etc. as needed. Your brokerage admin will be responsible for closing out the file. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our awesome Support team anytime via chat, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117 x2 and they'd be happy to assist!
Happy SkySloping!
