This happens to me as well, EVERY TIME. Then it stalls out when logging out... SkySlope won't run on Safari, it has to be on Chrome also. Is there something that I can do to mitigate this?

Issue with logging in: enter creditntials, Skyslope says "oops! something went wrong!", so I hit the back button, then back, then refresh, then click on my Skyslope link again & voila... I'm into Skyslope, finally. Honestly, I'm ok with clicking back & forth & refresh & retrying the link, but our agents are having the same issue & they don't think about trying those things. They think their password has been changed on them or that there is something wrong with SkySlope just not "letting them in" & they quit trying. And, they should not HAVE to 'try' all kinds of things to get in. The login issue needs to be fixed please. :)
