If/Then required documents

If document A is uploaded, document B (related to document A) becomes required.

For example:

If user uploads the "Back Up Offer Addendum" then the "Notice of First Position" is required;
If user uploads the "Agreement to Occupy" then the "Occupancy Insurance" is required;
If user uploads the "Repair Addendum" then the "Notice of Completion of Repairs" is required.

And so on.

ETA: Another way this could be used would be to make some of the transaction details trigger conditions:

If the house was built before 1978, then the Lead Paint disclosure is required.
