RequesterThe "if applicable" items a very numerous, and I'd prefer not see them in my list if they're not relevant. I would then be able to screenshot the state of the transaction file without having a really long screenshot, and I'd be able to see all of the relevant documents together.

AgentHi Joseph,
Tyler from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for the additional context! One of the challenges in building features is making sure it works for and improves all of our users workflows. We would love to get to your ideal state where your checklist only shows the things that matter but the things that matter may be different from agent to agent. Now with a filter you can choose to see which checklist items are important to you whether that pending or incomplete items.
Would you be open to meeting with one of our Product Managers to discuss this further?
Thanks!

RequesterHi production squad.
I'd call that not bad, but ultimately a swing and a miss. The whole vision for this suggestion was to let me see everything important without having to scroll much. That means I want to see everything except "if applicable." This does not accomplish that. Ideally, I would barely ever have to touch the status filter because I should only see the things that matter.

RequesterWhy hasn't this been implemented yet? How many peoples thumbs up and comments do we need to consider something a good idea? It has been two years and this is clearly a good idea so I'm a little confused. The whole aspect of not being able to edit the transactions ourselves is ridiculous and a waste of time. Also it can be confusing at times for literally no reason. It seems like eXp likes to be cheap and blanket treatment most everything, WHICH SHOULD BE AVOIDED BECAUSE IT LEADS TO POOR QUALITY IN THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. Also why do I have to click twice to upload a document? That is another monotonous feature that needs to be removed. One of the main luxuries of eXp is the new age tech that is included in it. KEEP IT SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT. Myself and I'm sure a ton of other agents spend 3-4 hours a day doing paperwork. Please try to eliminate all of these time sucking double-dip features. For example inputting info into your guys listing creation tool is terrible. Fix your attorney input form so I don't have to put N/A every time that it isn't a requirement because idk I'm a residential agent for the most part that uses T/E? Like come on for the amount of agent count we have (increasing) I haven't seen nearly as much R/D into our most basic systems. It seems like we've got some new bogus partnership or a new shiny object of some sort every month instead of reinvesting into our own agents and their systems. I hope eXp doesn't outgrow their core values because I came from KW and that's what it's starting to feel like.

RequesterThis is a good idea. It would be best if we could control which ones we hide. This way we can make sure we see the ones that are applicable to add files when we have them.

AgentThanks for your feedback, Charles!
We understand how being able to filter by checklist status (i.e., show or hide files based on if they are required, optional, etc.) would make it easier to see the documents you need.
We'll continue to monitor this post for upvotes and comments!
Thanks again,
Carlo, Product Manager
