RequesterOnce the deal is firm, there should be a box to click so that a message automatically sends to the office so they know the deal is ready for conveyance.

RequesterYes, auditors & admins, & specifically, conveyance staff. We have issues with subject free deals that are not clear & staff does not realize they are firm deals. Or the deal is not firm but staff thought all subjects were removed & did conveyancing as such in error. These are big problems with an easy fix.
How does the subject removal date relate to a deal going firm??? is this actually a question? When all subjects are removed, the deal is then firm & documents need to be sent to lawyers, reports get sent to the board... nothing happens without a firm deal. This is critically important.

RequesterJust because the subject removal date has passed, does not mean the deal is firm. The subject removal date may have been changed or it may have passed without subjects actually being removed, then it is a collapsed deal. We need to know when a deal is firm. This is the essence of our job as conveyancers.

AgentThanks for your feedback, Christine!
We understand how a notification when a deal goes firm could be helpful. If you could help us better understand by answering a few questions, that would be much appreciated:
Thanks again,
