RequesterHow about fixing the broken missing paperwork notifications. Our brokerage account has been broken for almost 2 years. They don't work for our account. Our rep keeps telling us it is a bug and that it will get fixed soon. We have been hearing that since we signed up. Our rep has even quit responding to my emails for an update. Last update was September. This was the main feature that sold our company to sign up and it has never worked. Completely disappointing!
