With vacation rentals, unlike a sale, there can be one listing with multiple leases over time. The listing contract might be effective Nov-April, and during that time the property might have a different lease each month resulting from the same listing contract. For this, there should be a way to connect multiple lease transactions to a single listing. Currently, an agent would have to recreate the listing file each time a new lease contract comes along. This is cumbersome, and creates multiple listings when there really is only one. This is a real-life situation and I see other requests for this. Is this something SkySlope is considering adding?

We've tried to build SkySlope to be flexible enough to handle most real estate transactions, and understand how handling a lease could be challenging in the application. If you could please help us better understand by answering a few questions:

Roughly what % of the transactions that you handle are leases?
What is your current process for handling lease agreements? Do you create a new listing for each new agreement?
