It would be wonderful to have an option to set up a transaction for an unaccepted contract and be able to select "Accepted" once the contract has been accepted by the seller. This would help with some reporting and document organization.

Hey Montgomery Admin,
Currently in our system, we would recommend starting a listing file for your seller and once it is accepted, you can convert this listing property file into a transaction file in SkySlope!
To make sure I understand your workflow, I have a few questions.
- Would you convert your listing to a transaction for each accepted offer?
- Do you hold off on creating a SkySlope transaction file until the offer is fully accepted?
- Does your brokerage require a transaction file for all offers whether they are rejected or accepted?
