how does an admin get added so they can be copied when updating agents on changes needed?

Hello Sheila!
This is David from SkySlope Support :) In the update agent drop down menu located in the checklist tab of your file, there is a spot to add an email address where that person would be copied on that update agent email. To have that email go out to a specific person each time that is sent, the admin can be added as a co-agent on the file so that when the update agent email is sent the admin would also receive that automatically.
