Adding a Required Forwarding Address box for sellers when setting up a listing transaction.

When creating a new listing and filling out the seller info, can we get a forwarding address box added that is required? I tend to have agents filling out info but if it isn't "required" they don't fill it out. We are running into not having forwarding addresses for our seller clients and are missing out on valuable follow-up opportunities. Making it required would mean they would have to fill it out before moving on.
