We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterSince there is the option to add an alternate email address & to have notifications go to this email address, we should be able to disable notifications going to the primary email address. In fact, there is a button that makes it look like you can turn off notifications to the primary, but the button is disabled.

RequesterWhat is the solution for this, it was left open ended. We want to also turn off agent notifications. The TC is all we need to get the notifications.

RequesterThere is a toggle button to this effect, but it doesn't work. Agent does not want all the email updates, just the assistant wants the updates.

AgentHi Christine,
May I ask why you would want your account notifications to go to an alternative emails instead of the main email used for your account? I look forward to hearing back from you to better understand your work flow
Thanks,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager
