Checklist Items Being Sorted Alphabetically

A great feature would be if checklists could be alphabetical by category. It would be much easier to find items when assigning documents to placeholders as well. Either this could be a default or the ability to sort would be wonderful and efficient. Not just for Admins/Brokers but Agents and their teams as well. Visually this makes more sense.

Please allow user to alphabetize the checklist while using it, it can default to what ever the broker wants after the user is done. I read admins & broker can permanently alphabetize but if they don't the rest of us a left to suffer. Additionally a search button here (checklist & Documents) would save so much time. Those 2 request would save all of us an incredible amount of time.

PLEASE fix this! I waste SO much time scrolling up and down looking for placeholders, as currently, there's very little (to no) logic from a user-perspective when they're sorted by numbers, when we are using letters when referencing disclosures, and the sorting should correlate with this fact. Better yet, feel free to use the ZipForm abbreviations first, then longer description of document name, since that's what most of us seasoned people understand upfront, ie: TDS, SPQ, BIA, PEAD-S, RCSD-B... you get the idea. I'm just one more here that votes for "work smarter, not harder" - !

The list can only be ordered by manually entering the number - for the order you want, which can be extremely time consuming. It would be easier to default the list to alphabetical and if an organization wants in any other order they can put it in the numerical order of their choosing.

The checklists can be reordered at the top broker level. Having the ability to reorder at the admin/agent level is a great suggestion. We will monitor this thread for votes on the topic to help us prioritize this feature, thank you!
