It seems that in the contact section only that if I want to highlight/copy, say, a phone number or email address I have to actually open EDIT to do so. This is just too cumbersome. Suggest removing the lock on this so that if I need to copy I can simply highlight and copy without opening EDIT.

Hi John,
From the CONTACTS tab in the file, you should still be able to drag your mouse to highlight and copy - even though the box is greyed out. I just tested it in the Chrome browser and was able to copy/paste a contact email. Are you on a different page wihin SkySlope or using a different browser perhaps? If you're still having trouble, please let us know.
