Hi, there.

After an envelope is prepared and ready to be sent to a recipient, Digisign display the "Ready to Send?" screen, where a user gets to fill the Subject and Message.

Could you please modify these in such a way that they allow non-English characters?

Thank you.

Hi, Carlo.

Please provide support for Chinese characters please. However, please note there 2 main types of Chinese characters; the simplified and traditional characters. The "simplified" type is mainly used by Chinese from China, and the "traditional" type is used mainly by Chinese in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

The areas of this app that I would like to see the non-English characters to be supported are: 1) the "Ready To Send?" dialog box that shows up after we click on the "Send" button after preparing the Envelope. The "Subject" and "Message" of that dialog box are the places I communicate with my clients by leaving Chinese characters there. 2)the "Choose Your Signature“ dialog box. In this dialog box, the "Name" and "Initial" field are editable. If you only support English characters here, it's not a good idea to make them editable. If you can, please allow these fields to support non-English characters too.

Thank you for responding to my request. Have a good day. Be safe and keep healthy.

Thanks for your feedback, Min!

We have a few follow-up questions:

  • Can you please help us understand which types of characters you would want to be supported?
  • Are there any other character types you would want to be supported?
  • Are there parts of the application where more characters are supported?
  • Are there other parts of the application where you expect these characters to be supported?

Thanks again,

Carlo, Product Manager
