It would be very convenient if there was a way to add a task template that automatically was added when a new file is created that went along with that specific check list.

Yes please, the same tasks apply to each checklist so having them go together would be a gamechanger.

We are looking for the same thing within our team to make sure nothing is missed from active to closed for smooth a smooth process, with the person the "task" belongs to checking it off when complete that way the rest of the team knows its been done
