I wish once a listing expires, one is able to create a new listing with the same address without a notification coming up that states "I already have a listing with this address". I understand that - but it's expired and I want to re-list and NOT update the current expired listing due to new information and documents. Can this be fixed?

Thanks Jessey - that all makes sense but when I'm adding a new listing, I haven't a CLUE if that listing has been in the system before. So what it sounds like is I need to run the address through the search feature to see if it's an existing listing, and then withdraw before I even add my new listing. It would be interesting to know how many staff personnel actually go to the expired listing and update it with all new information/paperwork. Just because it's relisted doesn't mean it's relisted by the same agent therefore I would want to start new anyways. Just my opinion - thanks for listening to my concern and replying.

Hey Carrie,
I understand the issue you are running into. Our system is trying to remind you that you have already created a file so you're not doing duplicate work. If the original file is expired, it needs to be withdrawn so that you can create a new listing with the same address. Is there a reason you do not withdraw the expired listing before creating the new one?
