Change Display Order of Listing and Transaction Checklists
We would like the ability to change the display order of our checklists from the agent's dropdown menu (pick list). Currently, it displays the default checklists first, then our custom checklists in alphabetical order. It would be great if we could reorganize them to display in the "most used" order.
