I'm not sure what type of access agents have, but I support a team of multiple agents and definitely need the following features:
The ability to add more than one contact with the Title Company. Most closers have assistants who also need to receive a copy of the CDA and I currently can only add one person.
The system should ask for the option period ending date as this is something that is important to track.
I should be able to change the agent's name once the file has been created. Currently that field is greyed out so if I choose the wrong agent, I have to reach out to Skyslope and get them to change it.

As for your last comment, unfortunately this isn't possible from a TC-level account. If you change the TC account to an Admin account, you should be able to make this change. You can contact your Admin or Broker on the account to make this change.
