I may ask a principal to relay the splits for a deal) Since the principal was not originally on the file I will address them in the email in the update agent section. Any way to remove the auto address (Hi XXXXX) when sending an update from the update agent box but the file created has been removed
I understand if it is not able to pick up the name of the other recipient added to the update agent box, which is why I add in the name of the person I'm emailing in the message.
A workaround for this is emailing from the docs tab but sometimes the person I'm adding needs to see the checklist but not added permanently to the file.
