It would be a nice feature if each individual company could personalize the checklists to their needs. It would be so beneficial if we could add activity types to customize to our needs. Currently we have only the default choices.

I have watched the video. It doesn't tell me how to create a new activity. It only tells me to choose one, the current choices I have are: sales documentation, disclosures, reports, misc. documentation and closing documents. I want to create a new activity in the drop down list. How is this accomplished...??

Sorry for the confusion! It looks like our response address the first half of your request, but not the second. Currently, you will only be able to create custom checklist items, not activity types. I'd love to understand more about your request for custom activity types.
What custom activity types would you want to create?
What checklist items would pertain to this custom activity type?
How would a custom activity type improve your agent's workflow?
