I ask that Skyslope made adjustments to accept larger files docs in the future. As more and more agents use Disclosures IO as a way to download and have clients sign as one document all of the transaction disclosures, this will be come more and more of an issue. I have already had this come up whenever there are HOA docs for the transaction. Skyslope should allow large file sizes and not make agents go to a different PDF compression sight in order to reduce complex files down to below 25MB.

Also, Skyslope should accept JPEG files. This would also be a help.

Thanks!

This is Pamela Colombana, unsure how to respond directly to the question from the support team. The files sizes that are typically rejected by Skyslope are between 25 MB and 30 MB.

However, disclosure packages continue to be more expansive, as well as HOA packages. I would request that Skyslope accept files of at least 35 MB.

Skyslope is a storage organizing platform and should not limit file sizes.

I've encountered this as well.  I had a couple of physically signed disclosures (less than 5 pages), I scanned them into PDF with the standard 300 dpi resolution and the file size was over 25 mb.  I had to go through an extra step of compressing the file in order to get it under 25 mb.

Hey Pamela,

How large are the disclosure documents from Disclosure IO? What is the average size of files you often upload into SkySlope? Can you elaborate on the scenario where you need to provide a JPEG to your broker for review?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager
