Requester

I accidentally added my buyer 2 times.

1. Why does your system let me add a duplicate?

2. It doesn't let me delete the duplicate created.

I have the same issue. Multiple contacts for the same lawyer. It would be nice for the system to recognize the duplicate and ask to merge the contact or delete

Hey Shilpa,

Our system does not recognize that you entered in the same contact information in twice, its not smart enough to know you enter in John Doe for buyer 1 and buyer 2. The reason we do not allow for full deletion of the contact is for compliance reasons, but I understand how that feature would ease your frustrations.  In our system today, you are able to edit the second entry to replace the name with the second buyer.

I do understand the request to be able to fully delete a contact that was entered in as a mistake. We will monitor this post for up/yes- votes for consideration.
