Requester

We have a lot of auditors in three states that regularly jump in for other auditors (not state to state but within their own region).  It is difficult for them to identify which office an agent belongs to when reviewing files. They have to go into a document (generally the purchase agreement) to identify which office an agent is out of. Is it possible to have the office name visible in the listing and transaction file AND in Quick Audit? I think this feature would benefit any company where they have multiple offices to review.

Hi Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty,

My name is Gabby and I am on our Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your request and will monitor your post for up-votes and comments.

In the meantime, the team is able to add their office into the "Street No" area of the file and this will rename the transaction file as well as show in Quick Audit.

For example, I am an agent that is working with 123 Christmas Tree Lane and I am based out of our Sacramento office. If I wanted to make sure my auditor knew which office I was part of, I would include Sacramento in the "street no" area of the file. The new file name would be Sacramento - 123 Christmas Tree Lane. We hope this helps. Please reach out to our Support Team if you have additional questions! Their email is [email protected].
