LEASE LISTING TRANSACTIONS - NEED FOR DUPLICATION

I would like to suggest that Lease Listing Transactions have a way to have "multiple" suite #'s in one transaction and be able to close the particular suite #s but still have the "active" Lease Listing Transaction available until all suites have been leased OR have a way to duplicate Listing Transaction with all documents.

This is very hard to re-enter Listings for individual suites for 1 transaction. I have asked SkySlope in the past about this and was told it would go up the chain.

This is very much needed in the Commercial arena.

How often would you use this feature? Or what % of listings or transactions do you think would be created via duplication?
After you copied or duplicated a listing, what would you expect to happen next?
Is there anything else that would help you enter details for a listing or transaction more quickly?
