reorder of checklist items

Thanks for taking the time to provide this request. I have questions to better understand your feature request:

1. Why would reordering the checklist items help with attaching documents to the checklist?
2. What order would you want the checklist items to appear in?
3. What would prompt you to reorder it?
4. Would you want the system to automatically reorder the items based on the ones you still need to attach documents to? 
5. What pain point is recording the documents solving for you?
