I have a new shortcut for generating a receipt for reports - I upload all documents into Disclosures.io and can edit the file name easily to include vendor and date and then use the Cover Sheet for acknowledgments. The number of pages is auto-generated. But it means uploading documents into SkySlope and Disclosures.io which can be time consuming for transactions with a lot of reports. And I already use DropBox. Would be great to be able to load into SkySlope and generate a list of docs for acknowledgement rather than use a third system. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi Gabby,

Thank you for asking!  A receipt for reports is a way to have Buyers and Sellers be able to acknowledge documents efficiently. Purchase agreements and CAR disclosure forms have places for signatures so do not need to be included however there are often other disclosure documents that do require inclusion along with inspection reports, preliminary title reports and hyperlinked pages.

If all docs could be exported that would be a great start.

If the export were editable, brokerages could import the table into a document with their customized headers and footers and make file names more meaningful and add vendor and date. We aren't able to see enough of the file name on the documents tab and the rename feature is not as quick and easy as Disclosures.io.

If the export needs to be 'locked down' for accountability, then an easier way to fine-tune document names and an ability to choose documents to be included would be super and could perhaps follow later.

Hi Vanessa,

My name is Gabby and I am part of our Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for your suggestion. To help us better understand your request, what does the team use this receipt for? What would you like included in the receipt? All documents in the transaction?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
