One page of skyslope only fits 10 documents. I needed to select 24 documents from my working documents on skyslope which were spread of 3 pages of skyslope. But when I select 10 docs on one page and go to the next page of skyslope to select more documents my first page 10 documents get deselected.
So then I had to send 3 different packages to my clients to digisign and i wanted to send all 24 docs as one package to digisign to my clients.
On the other hand, for my other client, when I had a package of all docs as one pdf (total of 91 pages) and sent it to digisign, as i was putting signature tabs on these pages the middle 3 pages (49-51) would not load and said Digisign loading... So I had to skip those 3 pages to sign.
Can you please increase your mb capacity for docs as this would be a standard disclosure package here.

Thank you for taking the time out to give us feedback.
What kinds of documents are you selecting from Working Docs? If these are docs coming from your desktop, you can upload them all directly into DigiSign in order to send as a package. However, its no good if its not loading for you. If thats a consistent problem, I'd recommend live chatting support to take a look into what's happening. Sometimes its a specific document or potentially a load time issue.
With that said, we're excited to be getting close to our next revision of DigiSign and that should improve your experience with speed and performance. You should be seeing some updates over the next few months!
