RequesterIt would be helpful if there was a "last upload" date/time so we know if there is something new to review. Sometimes our closing department has "closing documents" that can't be reviewed without the broker reviewing a "sales document" that hasn't been uploaded yet. So now the file sits there for review but really can't be reviewed yet.

RequesterI can't tell when a requested document has been uploaded to the required sales docs etc if there are also closing docs that need review. So if an agent loads closing docs (which our payment processing reviews) but is still missing required sales docs, the file will sit there as needing review because the payment processing will work on the file once its broker approved and once its broker approved, it will fall off my list to review. Meanwhile, everytime the brokers go in to review files, we have to double check these files as we can't tell if what is pending review is the old docs (that payment processing will review once the file is broker approved) or something new that we've been waiting for. This happens quite often in a large company.

AgentHi Melissa & Sharon,
Thanks for taking the time out to post your feedback!
So in these cases, the closing documentation is being added before the sales documentation has had a chance to be reviewed?
Can you provide some insight into how often and why that might happen? I'm assuming the sales manager reviews the documentation first, then the closing team can confidently approve the closing documents. Is this because the sales manager falls behind in review? Or is it because there is sales documentation that comes in last minute?
We've some enhancements coming to support keeping managers on top of docs being reviewed and make it faster. I'm curious if that will help reduce this problem for you!
Thanks!
