Working Docs default folder

Within the last week or so an update was made that has a weird quirk. In the past when we scan or forward something directly to our @skyslope.com email address, when we go to working documents, the default folder it opened to is Personal Docs, and that's where our file would be. But now it is opening to the Office Inbox by default. Clearly we can still navigate over to Personal Docs, but it is seriously annoying. It's a step that was added that seems unnecessary. I suppose some companies use the office inbox a lot, whereas ours doesn't use it at all. Is that why this change was made? At first I thought it was just a glitch that would be fixed, but I was advised by support yesterday that it's just the way it is now. Thanks.

Hi Dawne,

I noticed that your role in SkySlope is "Auditor" which means the working docs section defaults to open Office Inbox. Office inbox also has an email address associated with it that all auditors in that office can see and co-manage.

Agents and Limited TCs however only have Personal Docs as you're referring to. So their first tab is Personal Docs. Is there any chance you were switched roles recently causing the tab difference?
