RequesterIt would be great if there was a notes section where we could post things like Dates of Deadlines and information that doesn't fall under any of the other sections. Or even optional fields be added that let you input the deadlines so that they are right in front of you at the top of the page. I find myself having to go back in and check the contract of addendas to remember when dates are coming up.

RequesterNo, I am not using tasks. I don't necessarily want to receive a reminder on the day of, I want to be able to glance at the top of the screen where all of the information on the transaction is located and see this information any time I'm working on the file. I understand a task or reminder would be helpful as well, but having these as part of the transaction details at the top of the screen would be amazing.

RequesterRight now I can't think of anything else. If there could just a section that read something like this that would populate based off of fields that you fill out when inputting the transaction. If you don't put them in then they don't appear.
Seller Disclosure Deadline:
Buyer Due Diligence Deadline:
Finance & Appraisal Deadline:
If this was there it would allow me to always have it in front of me so I knew what dates I had coming up, without having to sent reminders. A reminder isn't great it it happens on the actual day of the due date. And I don't want to set up multiple reminders.
Not having it there causes me to have to continually go into the contract or addenda to figure out what the dates are.
It definitely reminds me to make sure all files that are required by a deadline are received or sent out on time. I'm not an agent, I'm the TC so having things like this in front of me when I'm working a file would make sure I don't miss something important.

AgentGot it. You would like the Dates of Deadlines to appear at the top where the overview summary is.

AgentHey Stephanie,
Are you currently placing these notes on the checklist or in the log tab? Do you ever use tasks and reminders to store these deadlines you do not want to miss?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager
