Please allow an Admin to enter an alternate email to an agent's account

Hello, I hope you will consider allowing an admin to enter an alternate email for an agent's account instead of just making it available to the agent only. I am often asked to send the checklist, etc. to an alternate email. It would be so much easier for me to be able to add that alternate email rather than trying to get the agent to do it and/or make a note for myself to have to add the alternate email manually whenever I send out communication through SkySlope. Thank you for your consideration.

Hey Betty,

I understand your request and will monitor this post for up/yes-votes for consideration. I do have a few questions to understand this further.

  • Are agents in your office using a separate email for their work than what they use for SkySlope?
  • Is there a reason their alternative emails are not their main emails used for SkySlope?
  • Are the alternative emails being used as the agent's transaction coordinator or assistant? 
  • Do you believe you would need to update this alternative email often for your agents? If so, why would this email change so frequently?
